This was an amazing year and I was very thankful to be able to celebrate the holiday season with a new group. The evening was spent at Ellerbe Fine Foods off of Magnolia Street in Fort Worth. I could not have asked for a nicer venue and a nicer group of people to celebrate The Morine Group with on this particular evening. The evening began with red and white wine paired with the following appetizers: Farmers Market Trio and Artisan Cheese and Charcuterie. The entrees were outstanding with orders for: Confit of Duck, Chef's Choice Steak, Cornmeal Crusted Texas Redfish and various other entrees. The evening was capped off with multiple orders of Bread Pudding (this is a must at Ellerbe Fine Foods!).
